Mount Moses is one of the main attractions in the Sinai Peninsula. According to legend, God appeared to Moses on this
mountain and told him the Ten Commandments. It is customary to climb at night, pilgrims call it
the “Ladder of Repentance” – it grants absolution of sins. At the foot of the mountain is the Monastery of St. Catherine, an
ancient complex of buildings of early Christianity.
• Night ascent in a Bedouin guide to the summit along an equipped trail about 3 hours of travel, a distance of 7 km,
• Meeting the sunrise at the top of the mountain (you can rent a woolen blanket on site);
• Descent back to the Monastery of St. Catherine for about 2 hours,
• Visit to the Monastery of St. Catherine, the opportunity to communicate with the monks, the history of the monastery, traditions, ancient icons.

• Water, breakfast cereals (must be ordered in advance at the reception),
