How do I book a tour?
Message us on WhatsApp (+20 115 706 0508) or send the inquiry form on the tour page with the date, number of adults and children, and your hotel. We confirm availability and the pick-up time before your trip.
Is hotel pick-up included?
Most tours include return transfer from your hotel. Each tour page lists exactly what is included and any transfer surcharge for areas outside the city.
How and when do I pay?
There is no online payment on this website. We confirm the price and how to pay when we confirm your booking.
Are there prices for children?
Yes. Where a child or infant price exists, it is shown on the tour page next to the adult price.
What should I bring?
It depends on the trip. Tour pages list what to bring, for example a passport photo on your phone, sun protection, swimwear or closed shoes for safari.
Do you speak Russian?
Yes. You can write to us in Russian or English.
I am a travel agency. Can we work together?
